Our mission is to help Northern Ireland startups launch and scale their businesses

Founder Labs is delivered by Ormeau Labs in partnership with Dogpatch Labs, Queens University and The AMP.

A programme created for founders, by founders.

We tailor our programme to the needs of our Founder Labs cohort.

As well as the Founders Labs team, we bring in people from across the UK, Europe and the US to help you fast-track your business with an action packed schedule.

  • Workshops

    Talks and workshops that touch upon key areas e.g. Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Financial.

  • Founder Firesides

    In our Founder Fireside series, you will have a unique opportunity to hear from experienced founders, and their story of the successes and failures.

  • Mentorship

    We introduce you to experienced mentors and Entrepreneurs in Residences (EIRs) who are here to help you. They will share their experiences and provide feedback on your business.

  • Pitching

    We'll help you craft your story. You’ll have an opportunity to test your pitch in public, and build up to Demo Day 3 months into the programme.

  • Fundraising

    As part of the programme you will get in front of active investors. Meet investors face to face with regular Investor Days and fundraising events.

  • International Trips

    Founder Labs teams will travel and gather experience from different markets such as San Francisco, New York, London and Dublin, and meet with leading founders and investors in each city.
